Fieldbus technology refers to the automatic control technology of digital, serial, bidirectional, and multipoint communication between field devices and automatic control devices. It puts special microprocessors with digital computing and digital communication capabilities into traditional measurement and control instruments, uses simple twisted pairs to connect them into a network, and implements information exchange and data transmission according to open and standardized communication protocols. Form an automatic control system that meets various practical needs. Solve the problems of digital communication between field instruments such as intelligent instruments, controllers and actuators in the industrial field, as well as the information transfer between these field control devices and advanced control systems.
FRY intelligent electric actuators use microcomputer technology and on-site communication technology, and use reliable communication isolation technology to eliminate on-site interference noise and improve the stability and reliability of the execution of the actuator. It can be perfectly integrated with the control system, effectively improve the level of automation control, and realize the digital factory.
FRY series intelligent bus electric actuators realize the functions required by various control technologies such as two-way communication, online parameter setting, online correction and online diagnosis. In the control room, the operator can perform calibration, parameter setting, function configuration, online monitoring, fault analysis, operation and maintenance and other operations on the field actuators. The use of bus-type electric actuators requires less auxiliary equipment, does not require any isolation, conversion and input and output modules, which can reduce a large number of signal cables and accessories and corresponding installation and maintenance work.
Modbus communication technology: SY series intelligent electric actuators use Modbus modules, use RS485 data bus connection, and use Modbus RTU communication protocol, and the maximum data transmission rate can reach 115.2Kbit/s. It can be easily configured in the current mainstream configuration software to realize the full control function of the electric actuator and the real-time data feedback of the equipment.
FRY series intelligent electric actuators can also be installed with Modbus redundant modules, which can realize redundant bus network through system connection. When the line is disconnected, shorted or grounded from the middle, the bus control system automatically switches to the communication module that can work normally to ensure the normal operation of the system.
Profibus communication technology: SY series intelligent electric actuator adopts Profibus bus interface designed by Profichip's VPC3 special integrated chip to realize the digital communication function of Profibus DP and is fully compatible with EN50170 standard. The data transmission rate is 9.6Kbit/s~12Mbit/s, and the transmission medium is shielded twisted pair or optical fiber.
FRY series intelligent electric actuators provide users with different standard fieldbus control modules. Currently supported communication protocols PROFIBUS-DPV0/DPV1, MODBUS, CANopen, and SY intelligent electric actuators can also provide standard fieldbus interfaces such as DN, HART, FF, etc. according to user requirements.
