Product Description

BD/BDM multi-rotation series intelligent electric actuator is a very important field control
equipment in process control. It can be set, checked and inquired non-invastively through an
independent setting or field knob. The actuator adopts dot-matrix LCD display to display
actuator torque, valve position, limit setting and other working state and alarm in Chinese,
digital and graphic forms. BD/BDM series electric actuators are advanced in design, reliable in
structure and complete in specifications. They can achieve multi-turn output at any Angle, and
can output torque from 50n.m ~3500 N.m range to provide the most reasonable solution, the
selection of various series of reducer can reach the maximum 300000N.m torque, widely used
in electric power, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, shipbuilding, light industry food, paper
making, construction, municipal engineering, environmental protection and other fields.

The interface flanges of BD/BDM series electric actuators are manufactured in accordance with ISO5210:2001(GB/T12222-2005) standards, and can also be matched with non-standard
flanges according to user requirements. BD/BDM series electric actuators have a variety of
valve connection methods, convenient, reliable, can meet the different connection requirements
of various valves. Actuator box can be adapted to the outdoor working environment, electrical
protection grade IP68, in the form of optional, explosion-proof and pressure-resistant structure
of flameproof products can be applied to IA,IIB,IC t1-T4 explosive gas environment 1, 2 area
and other dangerous operating environment, dust explosion-proof products can be used in zone
21, 22 combustible dust environment.

BD/BDM series electric actuators can be added to various functional configurations according to
user requirements, such as PROFIBUS-DP, Modbus, Devicenet, FF, Hart field bus card, etc., to
meet the requirements of various industrial process control. In order to adapt to all kinds of bad
working conditions, we evolved BD/BDMF split electric actuators based on BD/BDM series
electric actuators. The electrical control components are loaded into an independent controller
(see Figure 5-4), so as to separate them from the actuators. Control signals are transmitted
between them through cables for control and feedback, and THE BD/BDM series electric
actuators can be realized The full function of the actuator. BD/BDMF split electric actuators are
widely used under harsh conditions such as high temperature or strong vibration.
