1.Technical parameter
1. Input signal: 4-20 mA
2. Output signal: 4-20 mA
3. Direction: standard: 4 mA------valve closed
20 mA-----valve opened
control signal: 4 mA------valve opened
20 mA-----valve closed
4. Dead zone: 0-3%
5. Operated automatically
6. Adjustment: 0% to receive 4 mA signal
7. Adjustment: 100% to receive 20 mA signal
2. Features
Input current 4-20madc input impedance 250 ohms
Built - in electronic brake to prevent mechanical inerting
Input break signal actuator remains in place (special requirements for opening or closing valves)
Non-contact power output AC220V
3.Debug Method
Connect the positioner to the actuator according to the circuit diagram and confirm it is correct.
Switch on the 220V power supply, the power indicator of the positioner is on, turn the two-digit dial code to OFF (manual) and turn it into manual operation, press the valve closing key to operate the actuator to close, the closing indicator is on (red), after all the switches are in place, rotate the zero potentiometer to make the valve position output 4mA;Press the valve key actuator to run in the open direction. After fully open in place, rotate the full potentiometer to make the valve position output 20mA.Again repeatedly run actuator fitted and fully open and adjust the zero and full potentiometer, until the corresponding fitted valve position output 4 ma, fully open output corresponding to the valve position 20 ma, manual debugging over, finally put two dial the code switch to ON (to be automatic), the locator to automatic state, potentiometer to track the input signal, if there is turbulence can be appropriately adjusting dead zone potentiometer.
